Delivering Connected Liquid Cylinders: Customer Accounts, Data Access and Service Handover

Delivering connected liquid cylinders means handing over an agreed way to use the equipment and its data. Before the customer starts work, confirm the vessel identities, user access, notification responsibilities and service contacts.

Match the delivered equipment to the customer

Prepare a handover record linking the cylinder model and serial number to the installed TM2 unit and selected options. Include the optional local display and separate pressure sensor where specified, so the service team can identify the delivered configuration.

Confirm the customer company, operating site and names the team will use for the vessels. During commissioning, ask the customer to identify each cylinder in the platform and match it to the physical equipment. Agree how future site moves or ownership changes will be requested and authorised.

Agree access and supplier visibility

CryoFor Telemetry separates data between customer companies and provides role-based access. Define who needs administration, logistics or company-user access, and review those decisions with the customer’s responsible person.

A read-only supplier role is available with the customer’s consent. Agree the purpose and scope of that access before the manufacturer or gas supplier uses it. Include a process for reviewing access when contacts or service arrangements change.

Give each operating task an owner

A notification is useful when someone knows what to do next. Agree the customer’s working process for low reserve, low battery and loss of connection. High-pressure notifications apply when a separate pressure sensor is fitted.

Handover topic Responsibility to agree
Customer access Who approves users and reviews their roles
Low reserve Who checks the situation and requests a refill
Battery Who arranges charging and servicing
Offline equipment Who checks site Wi-Fi and contacts technical support
Service request Who receives the issue and identifies the affected cylinder

Train the team on its actual working view

Use a practical handover exercise. Ask an operator to open the intended cylinder’s record in the platform, read its level, review level and battery history, find fill markers and understand the displayed run-out forecast. Include pressure history for the configuration with a sensor.

Show the agreed notification channels. CryoFor Telemetry supports a web console, Telegram bot and Mini App. The platform interface is available in English and Simplified Chinese; agree the training and operating-document language for the customer’s team. Confirm the site’s 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection as part of commissioning.

Handover questions

What service terms belong in the handover?

Agree the platform service period, data hosting and retention terms, support contacts and how issues are escalated. State who maintains the local network and who arranges module servicing. Review these terms with the equipment order.

Can the manufacturer continue viewing the cylinders after delivery?

The customer’s consent governs supplier access. Use the agreed read-only supplier role and define how continued access will be reviewed as the relationship develops.

Plan the customer handover with Cryofortune

Send the destination countries, cylinder models, selected options and intended customer roles. Add who will operate the site network and provide ongoing service. Discuss access, training and service handover for your connected-cylinder order.
