DN40 Cryogenic Ball Valve | 316L 3-Piece Butt-Weld Valve

The MECA-INOX PY4CY DN40 cryogenic ball valve is designed for pipeline isolation in low-temperature gas-handling and liquid-transfer systems. Its three-piece construction integrates a 316L stainless steel valve body, butt-weld connections and an extended stem/bonnet arrangement suited to cryogenic piping layouts. The raised manual operating assembly improves access to the valve handle above the cold line, while a lockable lever supports controlled valve positioning. Configured for DN40 pipework with a 48.26 mm outside diameter and 3.68 mm wall thickness, this model is intended for permanent welded installation. It provides a defined isolation point in transfer lines, equipment connections and cryogenic distribution arrangements, subject to the approved fluid, pressure and temperature conditions for the exact valve supplied.
